Rossella left the honor (and burden) of cooking to her brothers to devote herself to the art of welcoming guests, working closely with her parents, the remarkable owners of the restaurant.
Coordinating the work of the two teams–harmonizing the rhythm of the kitchen with that of those in service–but also conceiving and presenting an extraordinary cheese platter are just some of her many responsibilities. Since the opening of the residence, she has led in furnishing and decorating guest rooms, and remains the face of the reception, which is as professional as it is warm. Rossella excels in the art of making refined gifts and culinary specialties, notably her famous Da Vittorio Christmas baskets, now distributed all over the world.
