Delivery times and conditions

Relais & Châteaux offers different delivery options for gift boxes or vouchers.

• Some options are completely free of charge, such as e-boxes and e-checks, or collection (within three hours of purchase) from our boutique at 34, Avenue de l'Opéra in Paris.
• Delivery to an address of your choice is chargeable: prices and delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery, mode of transport and quantity ordered.

* Orders placed after 5 p.m. or outside Boutique working hours will be available to collect on the next day of scheduled opening (Tuesday to Saturday only), two hours after opening.

** From Tuesday to Saturday only, excluding public holidays, for all orders placed from 10 a.m. and before 3:30 p.m.

*** During normal working days, for orders placed before 11 a.m.
