> Can I cancel or amend my order ?
From the date of purchase, if it was done online, you will have 14 days to cancel the order.
Same applies if you wish to change it (contents, delivery address…), you can contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed , we shall consider your request. In any case we suggest you to contact our Service Commercial on +33 (0)1.77.48.14.88
> How to check the expiration date of my Relais & Châteaux voucher or Chèque voucher? (CRÉATION)
The expiration date of Relais & Châteaux Chèques vouchers and the Relais & Châteaux CREATION vouchers are on the voucher itself.
Please note all Relais & Châteaux vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. All the vouchers and chèques vouchers CRÉATION are valid for 2 years as well.

> I lost my Relais & Châteaux Chèque vouchers or Gift card, what must I do?
Our Relais & Châteaux gift vouchers and chèques vouchers (CREATION) are issued « to the bearer », means that there are no names mentioned on the vouchers and can be used by any person who obtains them.
In case of robbery or loss, the bearer is the only responsible person and he will not be able to receive any refund or replacement.

For all Relais & Châteaux Gift vouchers CREATION, you are required to book your stay or dinner through the hotel of your choice directly.
We suggest you to contact the hotel directly by advising them the name of Gift voucher you have. Vous communiquerez le numéro présent sur le Chèque Cadeau ou le Forfait. L’établissement pourra confirmer la réservation par le moyen de son choix (par exemple en demandant vos coordonnées de carte bancaire).
In order to have a selection of opening dates and Relais & Châteaux hotels, we suggest you to book your stay in advance and not wait for last minute reservations, particularly during high season.
> I would like to stay in a Relais & Châteaux hotel which is not in the list accepting the CREATION voucher, what can I do?
The list is limited. You have the possibility of changing your CREATION voucher against another CREATION voucher which is accepted in the hotel of your choice.
You can also change the CREATION voucher for a Relais & Châteaux Chèques voucher which is accepted in all Relais & Châteaux hotels.
> I made a reservation, but I cannot make it, how do I change it or cancel it?
By contacting the hotel where you have made the reservation previously.
Please note the general rules and conditions of each hotel will be applicable. If your cancellation is too close to your travel date, the hotel will likely keep the entire stay or the guaranteed deposit required at the time of reservation.
