Our ambition is to inspire travelers to discover the world in the most beautiful way: conscious, responsible and meaningfully engaged with local communities. As a not-for-profit association of restaurants and hotels, we believe travel and gastronomy are dependent on nature, and it is our duty to ensure the continued integrity and vitality of our surroundings.
In the spirit of transparency, we have published two Sustainability Reports in alignment with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, based on data gathered from our member properties. By measuring our impact, we can track our progress and hold ourselves accountable.
The Relais & Châteaux Vision, a manifesto of 20 commitments presented to UNESCO in 2014, is the driving force behind our initiatives.
