The unconditional love my parents have for their land, their origins and the history of our town is what immediately connected me with Villa della Pergola project. Their visionary mind had grown my interest and love for the hotel-restaurant world. That is when we decided to add my personal project: restaurant Nove.
At Nove we narrate the history of our territory, supported by local producers, asking our guests to embrace this gastronomic journey with us through an unknown product of Liguria.
