I have enjoyed working in the role of Food and Beverage Manager for ten years. I enjoy using my knowledge as a Sommelier to interact with guests and my team.

How do you move your customers? How do you frame the Chef’s culinary identity?

Passionate when selecting and pairing wines with Chef’s local ingredients. I enjoy visiting and tasting wines to select which ones to share with our guests.

What is your personal philosophy?

I am driven to enjoy the important moments like tasting a rare vintage of wine or the smells and views of a hike in the local North Shore mountains.

What do you want to communicate with your team?

It is important to listen and respect others. Listening to guests, co-workers, is the best way to show respect.
