I am working at the restaurant since opening in 2000. We hosted many prominent guests like the President George W. Bush. I had the pleasure to participate in many events important for the restaurant and hotel, for example Relais & Chateaux Gourmet festival 2013. All these events gave me private and professional satisfaction.
We appreciate the Polish tradition. With the help of modern techniques and innovative thinking about cooking, we try to move away from the stereotypes of our native cuisine. We therefore create light and aesthetically pleasing dishes. We use local products of the highest quality in our restaurant. I think that guests appreciate it. The chef travels a lot to get to know the cuisines of the countries he visits.
