You will feel a strong connection with the earth–both as you stroll along the estate’s magnificent tree-lined avenue, with 400 beech and lime trees dating from 1827, and as you visit nearby destinations like Stonehenge and Avebury. Against the ever-changing spectacle of the skies, these monuments–rich in myths and legends–take you on a journey through millennia. The hotel’s grounds are also suitable for equestrian adventures, including for beginner riders.
