Can you tell us the story of your property?

This is no ordinary hotel, In this old house, astonishing 14th and 15th century details have been kept intact--medieval portals, wooden ceilings, creaking wooden floors and stair cases, ancient wall inscriptions. In the summer, our  Guests may enjoy the atmosphere, the extraordinary views of cupolas and towers of churches, the roofs of the old town and Wawel Castle from Copernicus’s Roof Terrace.

What is your trademark in terms of the art of generosity and warmth?

I am working at the hotel since opening in 2000. Me and all our Team share Polish hospitality with our Guests.  During the stay we treat our Guests like our personal guests in a Polish manor house.

What memories do you want to give your customers?

I would like our Guests to remember the cultural heritage that we are privileged to admire at the Copernicus nowadays. I would also like them to remember the excellent Polish cuisine provided by our Chef.

What passions do you share with your guests at your property?

Travelling is my passion. Thanks to my travels, I can better understand the needs and habits of our Guests.
