I have been fortunate enough to work at the Ambassador for the last 6 years. The philosophy of Relais & Chateaux combined with the passion and the vision of the Daktylides family have been an inspiration for me from the very first day.
My main purpose is to provide to the guests a unique and marvelous experience! I enjoy to share my passion about Greek wines to our guests and match them with the creations of our chef, always taking into account their personal preferences.
