Casa Gangotena’s Executive Chef, José Tamayo, has led the gastronomic team since February 2021.
José has been working in prestigious hotels and restaurants for the last 14 years. He began his career in the Alvear Palace, also a member of Relais & Chateaux, in Buenos Aires.
He’s worked with renowned European and Latin American chefs over the years, learning contemporary and time-honoured techniques from them in order to develop his own unique style.
