On the building’s lower floor, the Tuscan Bistro offers a bistro-style menu with traditional dishes and family-favourites. This space includes a superb open-plan wine cellar that contains great Italian and international wines, as well as the best bottles produced by the Il Borro vineyard. In the centre of the wine cellar stands a large and inviting table for wine tastings, reminiscent of country tables where guests would be offered cheese and cured meats.
