"I have spent my life on sailing boats - or just next to them. I have been tacking the length of New England since I was four years old. In May 2015, as the Executive Director of Sail Newport Inc., I was fortunate enough to host the prestigious Ocean Race in Newport. This was recognition for a harbour that is entirely focused on the world of sailing - Newport has long arranged the regattas for the America's Cup.
