The 2016 San Francisco Bay Area & Wine Country Michelin Guide has awarded three Michelin stars to David Kinch for his restaurant in Los Gatos on the West Coast of the United States. Manresa is the fifth restaurant in Northern California to be awarded three stars. Like a phoenix from the flames, it brilliantly recovered from a fire that caused serious damage last year. After rising to such a challenge, the restaurant shines with a resolutely contemporary cuisine showcasing seasonal, locally sourced produce.
