Chef Weiss brings his world-class background and world-wide experience to Costa Rica, where he hopes to elevate Costa Rica’s traditional cuisine. To that end, he will be introducing a seven-course tasting menu to our fine dining restaurant, Mis Amores. Each of the seven courses will have a star ingredient taken from each of the seven Costa Rican provinces, for a one-of-a-kind meal. We know that Chef Weiss will take the dining experience at Nayara to the next level and help create a culinary benchmark for the rest of Latin America to follow.
