Relais & Châteaux is already home to the largest network of Michelin-starred restaurants in the world. Following the publication of the Michelin Guide 2023 for France, we are proud to celebrate a number of newly awarded stars.
In particular, we are delighted to see two of our restaurants awarded Michelin Green Stars, in recognition of their efforts towards sustainability–objectives to which Relais & Châteaux is fully aligned. Just eight restaurants throughout France were awarded Green Stars.
