Once I had finished higher education I went into the world of wine, and I fell so much in love with it that my father Vittorio decided to buy himself a small vineyard.
"FABER" and "FABER PASSITO" are wines produced by our family and the names are made up of the initials of family members.
As a caterer, I've travelled very widely all over the world in a professional capacity, and I have paid special attention to seeking partnerships between dishes and wine for over thirty years.
