The new “La Trattoria” restaurant focuses on all the best that Italy has to offer in terms of the art of living and gourmet pleasures. Within an atmosphere which is both rustic and elegant, you will try typical and authentic dishes cooked within the rules of the art. The ingredients are infused with a perfect simplicity to highlight the star of the menu: fresh pasta in all its forms. La Trattoria

The venue that once served as the meeting point for rugged mountaineers is today a firm favourite among our cheese-loving guests. Immerse yourself in a culinary journey of cheese Gletscher Fondue and Raclette, with specialities including Grisons barley soup or sausage salad in the decommissioned Diavolezza cable car cabin – complete with a view over the garden park.
