On the island of Menorca, owners Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher have embarked on a beautiful adventure by resurrecting two traditional Minorcan farmhouses from their ashes, which today compose the Fontenille Menorca. Nestled amidst a vineyard, aromatic plants, olive and citrus groves, and an organic permaculture garden, Torre Vella and Santa Ponsa, its sister property located a few kilometres away, now welcome visitors in search of authenticity. Decorated with natural materials in shades reminiscent of linen, sandstone and slate, the rooms and suites maintain their cool freshness, while the Mediterranean sun invites you to take refuge under the palm trees that line the pool and stand tall against the azure blue sky. With the sea as its backdrop, this beautiful setting is exactly what you have been yearning for.

Torre Vella: A Wellness Refuge on Menorca

After an outdoor massage or time spent relaxing in the pool at Fontenille Menorca-Torre Vella, extend your wellness escape at the estate's sister property, Fontenille Menorca-Santa Ponsa, where you’ll discover its superb spa. Housed in 18th-century stone cisterns, this sanctuary is home to indoor and outdoor pools, a hammam, sauna and gym. Horseback riding

Follow the Camí de Cavalls and discover the island on horseback. The diverse landscapes are captivating: beaches, coves, cliffs, endless pastures, country roads, Mediterranean forest, typical local stone walls or “paret seca”... In Ferreries near Cala Galdana, on the island’s south coast, we have a partnership with Menorca a Cavall. You can choose a one-hour or two-hour ride, or if you’re a more experienced rider, half-day or full-day rides are also available.
