Phillippe Moréno, a former disciple of the three-starred chef Gérald Passédat, offers a cuisine that gives pride of place to seafood and planchas. He carefully selects his products from local producers, all while respecting the seasons and methods that promote sustainable development.

From the entirely wood-built dining room with its large windows all around, or the terrace sheltered by sails, you’ll be able to enjoy the view of Hossegor Lake.

The spa at Hortensias was designed in tribute to the surrounding coastal landscape: decorated with light-colored stone and wood and sand-colored ceramics, it offers a comprehensive and unique well-being experience in Hossegor courtesy of a wide range of facilities. Over 4,800 square feet/450 square meters it includes wet and dry massage rooms, a cold bath, whirlpool bath and outdoor Nordic bath, as well as a sauna, relaxation space and herbal tea bar. During treatments, the spa exclusively uses Swedish cosmetics brand L:a Bruket: clean, natural and organic facial and skincare products made on the west coast of Sweden, in the Vasberg surf resort.
