Jiexianglou Restaurant, located in the northeast corner of the hotel, is the hotel's first restaurant. It provides lunch and dinner and the Jiangnan creative dishes, we especially recommend 24 specialties and seasonal vegetables. In the dining room, there also is a small banquet hall, which may provide the banquet service and the conference service according to your request. Manshu is the only one kaiseki restaurant in Hangzhou, with a unique Japanese dry landscape design courtyard; the dining environment is elegant and quiet. The chef was hired from Japan and all the food ingredients were brought in from Japan. It follows the traditional Japanese decor and service to create the most authentic kaiseki in Hangzhou. Natural color, delicious taste, shapes & diversity is excellent. Pay attention to the seasonal material and conditioning method.
