You can select the wine to go with your gourmet meal yourself in the vaulted cellar or choose from the wine list. Select your favourite meal from the menu. Do you feel like starting with a crisp salad or a hot freshly-made soup? How about an Engadine medaillon of beef filet in its coat of Brail stonepine with seasonal side dishes? We especially recommend the tempting 3- to 5-course menu. Dario and his team accompany you through many surprises and experiences. The dishes are made à-la-minute and are therefore extra fresh. The sweet temptation at the end of your meal comes from the in-house patisserie – a heavenly treat.
