For fans of spirits and anyone curious about mixed drinks, join an interactive workshop led by our bartenders and create a cocktail to your own design. From spices to herbs and liqueurs, expect all your senses will be awakened. This is the ideal opportunity to discover the history of spirits and learn the craft of mixology. Classes run from mid-October to the end of April, for up to six participants.

Learn how to make sushi with Japanese chef Kazunari Noda. All the secrets of cutting fish, cooking and seasoning sushi rice will be revealed. You’ll master the skills of this traditional culinary process that you can then reproduce at home. For any lovers of Japanese cuisine, this course was meant for you.
