Following  awards for The French Laundry, Manresa, The Restaurant at Meadowood and Saison, Michelin is awarding three stars to the cuisine at Quince Restaurant, where Chef Michael Tusk creates honest cuisine with Franco-Italian influences. In a hundred-year-old house with an Art Deco interior, he serves inspired dishes that showcase local produce and regional farmers. We won't easily forget the duck served with black garlic and greengages or the cardoon risotto with porcini mushrooms and white truffle. An explosion of flavours, which excite the palate again and again. To our great benefit, a few more stars now shine in San Francisco Bay!
