Relais & Châteaux has worked together with the South African businesswomen behind “The Joinery,” in collaboration with artisans from Cape Town, to create a reusable pouch made from recycled plastic bottles using a local handcrafted and sustainable practice.

The new gift box is presented in the shape of a felt travel pouch which contains a luggage tag, a booklet of inspirational destinations and an invitation to a wonderful journey where you can book a getaway, enjoy a meal or feel rejuvenated.

The timeless and modern design of the pouch is far more than a standard “gift wrap.” As the perfect travel companion, it can hold all of the documents and personal belongings needed for a journey. The lucky recipient will also be able to use it on their return journey to store their precious souvenirs or other items. 

From €130 to €1560, the 18 gift boxes are available online, via the Relais & Châteaux app, at our boutique in Paris or from the Sales department for business orders. A virtual version in the form of an e-gift box is also available on our website.
