The 2017 New York Michelin Guide has just been released, and we are proud to announce that four of the six three-star restaurants in New York belong to the Relais & Châteaux network, including our newest NYC restaurant, Le Bernardin! Each of these four restaurants has adhered to the stringent requirements established by Michelin and dedicated its efforts to living up to, and even surpassing, its own standards. It is in this way that Eleven Madison Park (Daniel Humm), Jean-Georges (Jean-Georges Vongerichten), Le Bernardin (Eric Ripert) and Per Se (Eli Kaimeh and Tomas Keller), all shining stars in New York gastronomy, have attained culinary excellence. However, the New York Michelin Guide also features not-to-miss starred restaurants such as Daniel (2 stars), Café Boulud (1 star) at the Surrey Hotel and Del Posto (1 star), which showcase Italian and French cuisine enhanced with audacity and creativity.
