Restaurant LIZZ stands for garden-fresh, light, seasonal and sustainable cuisine. The chef’s love for healthy food is reflected in incredible vegetarian options on each menu. He carefully selects only the best ingredients, ideally from local suppliers and producers. All are harvested at the perfect moment and used in an exploratory way; authentic but always with a modern twist – taking into account the local setting of Weeshuis Gouda and its historical references.
