Fine fabrics, exquisite furnishings and pillows embroidered with gold thread... the best of Moroccan craftsmanship has been used to furnish this palace. The moment you arrive, you know you are in for a treat. The private Riad suite has its own swimming pool and patio, where you can sip mint tea and taste Moroccan delicacies. Explore the large garden with patios full of plants; relax in its massage rooms and the Nuxe beauty salon; dine in the restaurant, which blends French, Mediterranean and Moroccan influences, then retire to the cigar cellar; and refresh yourself in one of three pools, of which two which are heated during cooler seasons and one on the rooftop overlooking the Koutoubia and the Atlas mountains. Our commitments

Villa des Orangers supports the Centre Fiers et Forts (The Proud and Strong Center), a welcome center for underprivileged children in Tamesloht, a village located to the south of Marrakesh.
The Centre Fiers et Forts (CFF) currently welcomes and cares for about one hundred children who are fed, schooled and provided with regular health monitoring. Some also receive shelter. Villa des Orangers is particularly involved in their “educational” farm, which introduces the children to agriculture, sensitizes them to protecting the environment and provides the center with organic fruits and vegetables as well as medicinal plants.

Morocco from the air

With our partner, Ciel d’Afrique, we offer both private and shared hot air balloon flights in the silent blue sky, where you can truly appreciate the beautiful colours and textures of the Moroccan terrain below. Ciel d’Afrique has been developing its operations for some 28 years in a rural area with local people, helping to improve living standards in an arid and challenging environment. By flying with Ciel d’Afrique, you will be helping to improve the lives of these villagers through health care, children's education and the development of local infrastructure.

The Arabian Nights in a Private Riad

"In the historical and cultural centre of Marrakesh, near the famous Jemaa El Fna square, two orange trees frame the discreet front door of a traditional riad. Though it appears mysterious, let the dream become reality... Enter this oasis of calm and coolness, relax and relish a mint tea, Moroccan pastries, or a cigar. Enjoy breakfast beneath the pergola in the garden, lunch in the shade of the orange trees, or a candlelit dinner beside the pool. Every visit to the Villa des Orangers is an ode to the beauty of the senses and the mind, with service on a par with Moroccan hospitality".

Escape to Berber Lands

"Take a day trip to seek out Berber culture. A wonderfully hospitable village will welcome you to share its thousand-year-old traditions. Learn a beginner's guide to cooking, and discover the flavours and the infinite landscapes stretching up the plateaux of the Atlas Mountains. Discover the village and the traditional rammed earth houses, and take a guided tour of the canyon and neighbouring valleys at the foot of the mountains. These are the ingredients for an experience in the heart of the great Moroccan outdoors."

Yves-Saint-Laurent Museum: Temple of Elegance

In this museum designed by Studio KO architectural firm, the curves and straight lines of the  façades closely recall the shapes of couture pieces designed by Yves Saint-Laurent. Between the pea coat, Mondrian dress, tuxedo, safari jackets, or evening dresses, we get lost in this temple of elegance where the most iconic pieces of the couturier are jewels of haute-couture and ready-to-wear. A must-see place to discover the master's work, his inspirations and his genius!

Medina and Jemaa El-Fna Square: The Soul of Marrakech

Let yourself be charmed by the endless swarm of the city's most emblematic square. Between snake charmers, musicians and traveling stalls, the excitement springs forth as soon as night falls. Then enter the medina and its maze of alleys, let yourself be jostled by carts of fresh mint or cilantro and enter the small shops that unveil their treasures before savoring gazelle horns and mint tea in a coffee shop. Marrakech...haunting and so seductive!

The Majorelle Garden: exotic perfumes in the heart of the city

First and foremost, this blue Majorelle, recognizable among all. Dazzling, striking, sublime. Then on 1 hectare, exotic plants galore, fountains that “babble,” and delicately maintained paths where the traveler happily loses himself. In this place drawn from poetry and romance, time stands still and we simply stroll along, ignoring the urban commotion nearby. A timeless moment that calls for meditation and contemplation. A must for any stay in Marrakech!
