Audrey Jorge graduated with a BTS in Tourism and a DESS in Cultural and Tourism Engineering from the International Tourism and Hospitality program at the University of Perpignan.
She owes her success to her personal guidelines: “Be sincere, determined, and have love for a job well-done”.
As the General Director of the establishment today, Audrey was present at the opening of Le Mas de Pierre in 2005 and was in charge of international marketing.
In 2012, she assumed the role of accommodations manager, supervising reception, the concierge service, individual reservations, cleaning services and commercial websites. She then managed a team of 20 people and took on the position of deputy general manager when the director himself was not present.
Nevertheless, she loves to remember that “success belongs to everyone and that credit must also go to the team”.
