With experience in luxurious hospitality and wildlife & nature for span of 21 years, I found Sitara Himalaya, where I feel I can create experiences that are not only memorable but also deeply personalized for every guest. I feel my deep connection to Sitara Himalaya is because, it combines my two great passions: luxury hospitality and a profound respect for nature. The property’s unique setting, which blends elegance with the natural world, resonates with my own philosophy of creating experiences that are immersive, sustainable, and deeply engaging. Sitara Himalaya attracts me to its ability to offer guests a sanctuary that balances comfort with a strong connection to the environment.
What do you hope to share with your guests?
A lifetime experience, which they haven’t experienced anywhere. We welcome them to our Sitara home with warmth and love as we welcome all our family member and when they depart from Sitara Himalaya – they depart as our own extended Sitara family member.
How do you showcase the chef's culinary identity?
Chef takes proud and love in serving signature dishes that blends traditional Indian flavours with modern techniques. He believes in promoting the local food and makes sure to use the local produce in his cooking along with catering to each and every guest food preferences.
