You will also be captivated by its authentic Baroque architecture with its magnificent colours and materials, which have been painstakingly restored to revive this emblematic establishment of Manchester.

The heart of the hotel, housed in the former trading room under its sensational domed ceiling, is undoubtedly The Bull & Bear, the debut pub of Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge. Make yourself comfortable in one of the cosy booths and enjoy refined and flavourful traditional English cuisine in a vibrant and unique atmosphere. At the centre of this grandiose room filled with history, you can also admire the “Superdude” sculpture by Beth Cullen-Kerridge, symbolising renewal and flying away from troubled times.
