In the heart of Manchester, discover this former home of the city stock exchange and its unique Edwardian Baroque architecture. Rebuilt into a majestic hotel, today it pays homage to this symbolic institution with elegance and character.
Step through the doors of the Stock Exchange Hotel and let yourself be carried away by the timeless atmosphere of this former city stock exchange, built at the start of the 20th century. Every element of the hotel has been lavishly thought out and preserved to create an exceptional space, embodying the soul and legacy of the building. You will also be captivated by its authentic Baroque architecture with its magnificent colours and materials, which have been painstakingly restored to revive this emblematic establishment of Manchester.
The spirit of this splendid building is also found in each of the rooms and suites, delicately decorated to capture a moment in time.
The heart of the hotel, housed in the former trading room under its sensational domed ceiling, is undoubtedly The Bull & Bear, the debut pub of Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge. Make yourself comfortable in one of the cosy booths and enjoy refined and flavourful traditional English cuisine in a vibrant and unique atmosphere. At the centre of this grandiose room filled with history, you can also admire the “Superdude” sculpture by Beth Cullen-Kerridge, symbolising renewal and flying away from troubled times.
