The Tuscan region inspires Silvia Barrachi, who serves the guests of Il Falconiere her richly colored and flavored cuisine. Let the chef teach you the subtleties of Italian gastronomy: master the manual techniques, understand the art of associations, perfect your seasoning and plating skills, all of which you'll love doing on your own once at home. The cooking class is followed by lunch or dinner served in the restaurant, with wine pairings.

Located in the former conservatory of Villa Baracchi, gourmet restaurant Il Falconiere has elegant interiors and a panoramic terrace, covered by a glass roof, with views overlooking Cortona and its undulating landscape. The sunshine-filled, creative cuisine of chef Silvia Baracchi pays homage to Tuscany: carefully selected local and seasonal produce take pride of place on the plate. The property also offers a large selection of wine, including 12 vintages from the Baracchi family’s own wine estate.
