On the stunning headland where the gulf of Naples meets the gulf of Salerno, Alfonso and Ernesto Iaccarino create dishes that reflect his love for this slice of Italy dotted with lemon groves, vineyards and olive trees. Using fresh produce from his own farm, Le Peracciole, Iaccarino creates simple Mediterranean marvels, such as swordfish with chickpeas and thyme, goatfish with rosemary and cucumber, and pasta with clams and courgettes. His wife and two sons give a family touch to the ambience and the combination of exceptional produce, warm hospitality and Iaccarino’s skills make the difference.

Our commitments

Homegrown fruit, vegetables and poultry is more than just a nice idea. Don Alfonso proves it with his organic farm.
One fine day, with preparation and patience, this property’s organic farm came to be. An adventure which meant that the restaurant could become self-sufficient, growing its own fruit and vegetables as well as rearing poultry and even a cow. The result today is a menu enriched by "very" local products, successfully showcasing the region's fares. The dishes are largely Mediterranean-inspired, offering guests food that is light and healthy. This inspired approach enables the property to reduce its environmental impact by decreasing food miles.

The Gulf of Naples through Fields and Foods

The view of the Gulf of Naples, with Mount Vesuvius silhouetted against the sky, is instantly recognizable. Despite the very touristic peri-urban area of the Naples metropolis, agriculture is thriving, still producing famed edible wonders, the gustative hallmarks of Neapolitan cuisine.

Discovering the Bay of Ieranto

The bay of Ieranto... This is where, according to legend, Ulysses met the sirens. Between the ancient olive trees, in a setting of infinite beauty, lie traces of our history: at the very top, cave Delle Noglie, where traces of primitive colonies have been discovered; along the bay, remains of Roman origin; on the ridge, a 16th-century observation tower built to spot the Saracen ships; at the bottom, an industrial archaeological site open to the public thanks to FAI volunteers (Italian foundation for the environment).
