Chef Emanuele calls upon his knowledge of subtle regional characteristics to showcase the local produce and bring out the essence of each ingredient.
Located just outside Udine in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, Agli Amici enjoys an exceptional setting. From its position between the Alps and the Mediterranean coast, a wide variety of products are available. Godia, the hamlet which is home to the restaurant, is particularly known for its Kennebec potatoes. The remarkable composition of the earth in which they grow coupled with a particularly well-suited climate makes for a unique and flavorful product. To select the best products, Emanuele Scarello sources them from small local producers and knows how they have been produced and stored.
