The Lab

The doors of the culinary research laboratory are opened to 12 curious guests, inviting them to share a unique and private collaborative experience. Gathered around the kitchen, guests interact directly with chefs, tasting their latest conceptions before they are even on the menu. Each month, the Lab also becomes home to guest chefs, who give free rein to their creativity.

The Living Room

Mixologist Ankush Gamre's cocktails are inspired by Ayurvedic philosophy, made with local spices and fruits, and enhanced by daring technical processes. Take the time to enjoy them in the intimate lounge bar on our mezzanine, along with some of the restaurant's delicious snacks. The Living Room is open from Tuesday to Saturday and for Sunday lunch.

Your culinary journey through India begins in the south of Mumbai, in the old industrial district. Here, you'll discover a former textile factory that's now home to Masque, a gourmet restaurant that reconciles heritage and tradition with a sense of the avant-garde. Your host, Aditi Dugar, and Chef Varun Totlani are dedicated to sharing the little-known riches of India's contrasting terroirs, deploying both traditional practices and innovative culinary techniques on local and seasonal flavors – with many ingredients coming from a network of local farmers and regional producers. A ten-course tasting menu, unique in India, offers a glimpse into the true variety and sheer complexity of the country's different styles of cuisine.
