Every morning in summer, except on Sundays, you’ll have the option of spending a couple of hours out at sea with our Il San Pietro boat. Cool off in the water and admire the stunning view of the coast before returning to the San Pietro for a signature cocktail.

Vietri ceramics

The hillside village of Vietri on the Amalfi coast is world-famous for its hand painted majolica. Since the 17th century, craftspeople have taken inspiration from the colors of the landscape in creating motifs and glazes for the ceramics used to decorate both the walls of houses and the facades of monuments. Savoir-faire has been passed on from generation to generation, and Vietri remains an important production center for artistic and traditional ceramics in Italy. These beautiful ceramic pieces can be seen on tables in restaurants around the region. We can recommend the best places to go if you wish to take some home, or watch the craftsmen at work.

Cycling the Amalfi coast
