Chefs Pascal Cayeux and Gauthier Devillers skilfully combine the island’s best products with fruit harvested in the morning from their organic garden to create a gastronomic journey. At the spa, Hélène and Lise Canarelli invite you to discover Nucca, their natural cosmetics line made from Corsican scrubland plants.
