Alsace-born William Weiss received his classical culinary training in Michelin-starred establishments in France and Monaco, but soon wished to expand his culinary and cultural horizons. That search led him to the top luxury hotels in the world: from the St-Regis in Australia to the Shangri-La in Bora Bora, and then to the prestigious Michel Reybier Hospitality group in Switzerland. Chef Weiss brings his world-class background and world-wide experience to Costa Rica, where he hopes to elevate Costa Rica’s traditional cuisine. We know that Chef Weiss will take the dining experience at Nayara to the next level and help create a culinary benchmark for the rest of Latin America to follow.
