Passionate about cooking from a young age, Jean-Luc L’Hourre was elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F) in 2000, in Lannilis, near Brest in Finistère. Having worked in the most prestigious establishments such as George Blanc and the Silver Tower, he was awarded three Michelin stars. A real recognition of his talent. He also shared his knowhow at the Paul Bocuse Institue in Lyon. A lifelong lover of gastronomy and seafood, Jean-Luc L’Hourre moored in Olmeto, South Corsica at the end of 2013, to bring his know-how and the precision of his culinary art. He been the first Meilleur Ouvrier in France to work in French Polynesia. Now, is is at the Imperial Garoupe that he has thrown his ink, in order to share his passion for cooking with our guests.
