Enrico Cerea, known as ‘Chicco,’ is Executive Chef of Da Vittorio. The eldest son of Bruna and Vittorio, he fell into the family business at a very young age... Passionate and focused, he devoted every free moment–including school holidays–to discovering the secrets of cuisine from all around the world. Gifted with a unique talent, Chef Chicco Cerea has developed a unique personal culinary style over the years that reflects the sensitivity of his quest for perpetual refinement.
Roberto Cerea, known as ‘Bobo,’ accompanies his brother Enrico as Chef of Da Vittorio and shares his passion for the good things in life. His academic background and numerous internships have allowed him to progressively refine his technique and execution skills. His predilection for ‘primi’ (first courses) has led to the creation of a series of tasty and original dishes that reflect the highest tradition of Mediterranean cuisine.
