"As a young chef I’m very proud to work beside the Grand Chefs around the World and starring my own role in the World of Relais & Châteaux. I studied and graduated at Hotelschool Ter Duinen, where many of Belgium’s most famous chefs have studied. After my classical training I had the chance to specialize in World Gastronomy. I love to combine the finest regional ingredients, the best of the Belgian cuisine with World flavors. We are incredible fortunate to serve you in our historical and authentic dining room in the heart of Bruges. I’m ready to delight and satisfy your taste!"
