The property sits on a hillock in the middle of a vast peaceful garden planted with flowers and fruit trees. The views over Kitzbühel and the surrounding mountains are beautiful. The hotel is at the foot of the Kitzbüheler Horn ski resort and overlooks the legendary Streif ski slope. The furniture and antiques in the rooms of this former farm belong to the family. The toughest and most exciting downhill race of the world

The world famous downhill race on the « Streif » takes place every year since more than 75 years now at the Hahnenkamm. Don’t miss the “hell of a ride” in Kitzbühel at the Hahnenkamm, you can even watch the ski race from our sun terrace.
