Da oltre quattro secoli questo palazzo, che un tempo ospitava un orfanotrofio, si erge nel cuore di Roma, a due passi da Piazza di Spagna e dall'Ara Pacis. Oggi Palazzo Ripetta è un elegante hotel, gestito dalla stessa famiglia sin dagli anni ‘60. Varcate le soglie di questa dimora e passeggiate nella storia della Città Eterna, tra i capolavori dell'arte antica e contemporanea che adornano le ampie aree comuni. Nella hall, una maestosa sfera dell’artista Arnaldo Pomodoro accoglie gli ospiti, mentre un sarcofago romano del III secolo trasformato in fontana mormora nel patio interno. Quando cala la sera, al termine di una giornata trascorsa ammirando le principali attrazioni della città (tutte raggiungibili a piedi), godetevi la serenità di questa affascinante piazzetta gustando un aperitivo. Nella calda atmosfera della sala da pranzo del ristorante San Baylon, rivestita di boiserie, l'Executive Chef rivisita con raffinatezza i grandi classici della gastronomia romana.
