Independently owned and managed, Longueville Manor is a true “home-from-home” experience. Graced by woodland walks, an ornamental lake and a Victorian garden, the estate exudes tranquillity, to which the Cottage Garden Spa, outdoor pool and al fresco terrace act as compliments.Understated service, fine food and wine combine to deliver sheer indulgence, with inspiration for the seasonal menus coming from local farmers and fishermen. As wine tasting is at the heart of any memorable meal at the manor, the state-of-the-art wine cellar boasts an impressive collection of over 4,000 bottles, including some of the world’s most remarkable and rarest vintages.Lastly, Fizz Too, the hotel’s private yacht charter, is ideal for a luxurious day on the Channel Islands’ waters.

Our commitments

Longueville Manor offers an ambitious environmental conservation program.
Longueville Manor's New Leaf Program conducts initiatives to encourage sustainable practices in five areas: environment, education, recycling, energy savings and water. Some of the property's actions include maintaining 24 hives that produce honey for the restaurant and an active support effort for the Durrell Wildlife Preservation Trust, an NGO that works to save species close to extinction.

Explore our natural wonderland

The 18-acre gardens attract not only guests looking to immerse themselves within this natural beauty and serene peace, but also a community of wildlife that enjoys a sustainable environment passionately safeguarded by my team. Explore the woodland trails and along the way, look out for red squirrels, woodpeckers, barn owls, mushrooms and chestnuts - the list is endless. Even the Victorian kitchen garden and the manor's 24 bee hives on the côtil opposite, play their part in looking after this exceptional environment.

Escape to the sea

Fizz Too is a powerful, yet graceful British built yacht, designed to offer the perfect blend of speed, agility and efficiency, all of which combine to ensure an effortless passage wherever you choose to venture. A trip could be a visit to one of the other Channel Islands, a hop over to France, or simply an island tour. The destination will often depend on weather and tidal conditions. Wherever Fizz Too goes, there is of course the chance of spotting either dolphins or seals.
