Our commitments

Deep within the New Taipei City, the Volando Urai Spring places huge importance on the value of its local environment. The hotel strives in a number of ways to develop in harmony with nature and the local populations.
In 2001, with the aim of protecting the culture of these indigenous communities and to ensure that it is passed on,the Maître de Maison Chun-Lin Chiang invested in the creation of a university, the Austronesian Community College. On the curriculum, emphasis is placed on environmental protection and the sustainable management of natural resources to encourage local communities to protect the nature around them. As co-founder of the Taiwan Forest Certification Development Association, Chun-Lin Chiang is also committed to advancing the certification of Taiwanese forests by international organizations. Various grants are also given to local schools so that underprivileged children can have access to an education.
