NURA, the main restaurant at Fontenille Menorca, is directed by chef Cristian Perez-Serrano Gracia. He proposes tangy and lively contemporary Spanish cuisine focused on the products. The food comes in part from the 53,000 square-foot kitchen garden in the southern part of the Santa Ponsa terraces. Organically farmed based on the principles of permaculture, the garden provides healthy, quality, seasonal products. Naturalness, verticality, local sourcing, slow food, and reasonable prices are our restaurant’s catchwords. On sunny days, the restaurant opens its terrace overlooking the gardens beneath evergreen oaks.
