Wine Tastings & Initiation
Domaine de Verchant's pebble soil is typical of the "La Méjanelle" region. Bathed in the southern sun, the vineyard benefits from both the mistral and the sea breeze. Covering 17 hectares, old vines grow alongside recently planted vines, resulting in three colors and seven different wines. Three new cellars have been created in the old cellars and are stocked with more than 1,600 bottles, including grands crus from France and further afield. Our sommelier will select six of the most prestigious wines from the Languedoc, including some hidden gems, for you to try. A unique opportunity to gain an overview of the region and its Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée (AOCs): Pic Saint Loup, Grès de Montpellier and Terrasses du Larzac to name just a few.
