Having lived in Egypt for 20 years, Chef Vincent Guillou skillfully combines local and European flavors in his cooking. House specialties, made using produce from the vegetable garden or the local market, are served in the pretty restaurant, in the shade of the terrace or in the privacy of guests’ suites.
