Quiteño chocolate tasting

Most people don’t know that all the finesse that goes into making delicious chocolate originated in Ecuador. More importantly, they are unaware that the country now produces some of the most amazing and appetizing varieties in the world. During this experience in the company of the hotel concierge, we will have you taste a cup of traditional hot chocolate, Quito-style. This consists of adding fresh cheese to this exquisite drink, along with various fine chocolates from the Amazon. A definitely scrumptious gourmet moment!

Join us for an unforgettable cooking class. We will share our knowledge of Ecuador’s incredibly diverse ingredients and reveal fascinating culinary traditions to you. Together we will prepare two of the most typical Ecuadorian dishes: shrimp ceviche and Encocado de Pescado in coconut sauce. Delicious moments are in the offing!
